Basketball Strength Program
This is a good program. I like how the exercises are catered to improving my explosive. I gave it only 4 stars because I would like for the program to include a better plyometric program. I would like something that involved more body weight exercise with box jumps, cones, hurdles, etc. But overall, a good program.
