Im more athletic than ever and I really increased my vertical jump. Only bought 2 prog in three years but I can tell you, it works!
I m actually working out with the how to ne fast program and it is really good. If you need to become athletic or more athletic don’t even think, that’s what you need.
Program looks solid. I got it for my daughter, to help get her ready for high school flag football season. When I received it, I realized it was too much volume for her to get in with the demands of school starting back, too. (The program calls for a couple of 2-a-days and we can’t get that in.) I should have ordered it at the beginning of summer. I’m gonna implement it next spring between her high school and freshman college soccer season.
Started the speed and strength program a little more than a week ago and so far I am really happy with it. It takes you through each workout and what you have to do and it has video links in case you don’t know how to do one of the workouts. Definitely recommended for anyone trying to get faster.
