Great information (preferred the app)
I ended up returning the pdf in exchange for time on the mobile app. I found that the information was excellent and basic but much of the information could be found on your weekly videos online. I was hoping for something more advanced. Much like I have found in your shotput program on the mobile app.
Max Gain on Bench Press
When I started the program I was 109 KG with 110 KG Bench Press PR. I did the program when I was on a cut, when I finished my body weight was down to 98KG and my bench press PR went up to 125 KG. So while losing 11 KG, I gained 15kg on my bench press PR. Great program overall !
