Master the basics
Phenomenal program, although you must get the techniques/ basics first. Also, it doesn’t expire like other programs I’ve used. I will run this program again, and will likely purchase from GS again.
Great program
Great program which gave me the ability to be more efficient at the Olympic lifts and improve technique and strength simultaneously without feeling beat up like so many other programs due to the high volume and intensity that the majority of Masters athletes can not handle. Highly recommend for athletes who have fallen off the wagon and are looking to get strength back in the Olympic lifts and/or those who feel beaten down by other programs on the internet
