WARNING you may need to buy new t-shirts
I'm halfway through my first run and it's good and tough. The program has a very effective split. I got it because I really need to address my shoulder strength, my plan is to run it twice a year between other programs.

Another great program
Overall, have really enjoyed the boulder shoulder program. Shoulders have been another weak point for me, so it is great to finally be able to make progress on them. I particularly like the full body day of the program and utilize it when I'm pressed for time during the week and will squeeze in a couple of the full body workouts to hold me over until I can get back to that actual schedule. I am looking forward to trying out more GS programs.
