How do I receive the program?
After signing up for our waitlist, we will contact you when we have space available for new clients. After purchasing, we will discuss any further goals you have and share your program after 3 business days.
When will I receive my next program?
We will send you a new program every month on the date that you started your first program.
When should I start the program?
You may start the program as soon as you receive it! Start on Day 1 and complete all of the days in the workout in one week. Then start over on Day 1 again on the same day of the week that you started the program.
Can I switch the date of my next program?
Yes, please email us at support@garagestrength.com to indicate when your would prefer your next program to be sent
What if I don't know what an exercise is?
We have video links embedded in the program for every exercise! If you still are sure if you are performing an exercises correctly, shoot us an email at support@garagestrength.com
I don't have the necessary equipment to perform a lift, what should I do?
Not to worry, shoot us an email at support@garagestrength.com and we will give you an alternate exercise to perform
How heavy should I go on my lifts?
Some exercises have percentages included that should be performed according to your 1 rep max in that lift. If there is no percentage, that means we want you to use and develop your autoregulation ability to determine to how heavy to go. Autoregulation is learning how hard your body is able to push itself and how to increase weights in a proper progression to ensure you are thoroughly warmed up and able to go as heavy as you are able without failing on any sets (unless specified).
Can I send videos of my lifting technique?
Yes! By joining our exclusive Facebook group, you can submit videos and our coaches will give you feedback on your technique and what to improve.
I've been receiving custom programming for 7 months now: TLDR, I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend the programming. The programming is excellent // the methodology follows Parabolic Periodization, which can be read about on the Garage Strength website. Training began with a brief phone call from my coach to discuss my experience and goals. Each phase is tailored to me and I have email and phone access to my coach if I need it. The programming up front is very easy to understand. There are video examples for anything I might be unfamiliar with, notes from my coach where I might need them, and multiple avenues and opportunities to provide feedback to my coach if I have questions or need to make changes. The exercises themselves make practical sense. I understand why I'm doing each exercise and how everything ties into the overall goal. In my short time with the programming I have seen clear, objective strength and mobility improvement. I could go on, but again, I can't recommend this programming enough. I've been in the military 20 years and have worked with a variety of coaches and athletes, and have utilized "remote coaching" as well. This is the best programming I have ever received.
