You have grown your team. And they LOVE you for all the advice and support you have given them. Now its time to transform your athletes into CHAMPIONS.

One of the most difficult aspects behind developing strength and power athletes is figuring out WHAT will help an athlete to perform and HOW to make positive change. More often than not, coaches are misguided in their programming and technical literacy.

Are you wasting time writing programs for athletes and competitors who perform below expectations at the big event?
In the end you never know what progress, if any, your athletes are making, because you are not in control of the outcome. BUT YOU CAN BE!

I bought this to go with the sports bible

Great book to accompany sports bible, this again was bought to help my son achieve his dreams of becoming a professional rugby player, so far so good. With a lot of hard work he will smash it.

Always after learning more

I’ve only gone half way into the book but have already found a few great ideas I can apply to my training and the athletes I coach and apply them even to the conjugate methods I prefer to use!

Excellent addition to coaching library

Great new slant on traditional Periodization. All phases are completely explained so you can take an athlete from initial preparation to a peak effectively. Each phase is discussed with emphasis on the difference between the three types of athletes described in the text. In addition to the periodization information the book has many applications for the Olympic Weightlifter. It is a valuable tool in preparing a lifter by use of tried and true methods to reach a peak, and offers many hints on maximize their technique along the way.
