Great for Everyone trying to learn Olympic Lifting!

I took USAW recently and I understood some of the basic concepts about this style of lifting. This video series connected what I learned at USAW with real world examples. Dane did a beautfiul example explaining and breaking down every piece of every main movement. The progression are spot on and the directions were clear. I find myself reffering back to the course everyday and reviewing the movements that I personally am going to do. Thank you Dane for bridging the gap for me personally. Im excited to see what one can accomplish.

An absolutely solid shirt course

Great info on variations and focal points. This is a highly practical piece of work for newer coaches wading into teaching novices. I have dissected it, pulled it apart and put it back together in different ways, experimented with it and have found it really unlocked a lot of coaching ability for me. I would encourage any new coach (and anyone looking for material to help expand their coaching ability,) to get into this mini-course.
