This is a great nutrition plan and it really simplifies putting the meals together. Well worth the small amount you pay for it!
Honestly, this is a pretty decent value for the price. The pre/post meet guides were super helpful. It was nice to have the additional info to help me feel better prepared for what was already a nerve wracking event. Like I have seen others point out, more meals would have been great, but I tend to buy a specific set of groceries anyway, so it wasn't really that big of a deal to me. For reference: I am a newer lifter with little nutritional knowledge under my belt. 4/5. Would recommend.
The meal plan made me approach food differently, and I shared the plan with friends and family. I have a better idea of how to eat better, and what to food to look out for.
I think for a new Sports guy This is a really good Plan. For me it was Not Helping me :/ so if youre experienced i think you dont Need that. Sorry
